Manuk was born in Yerevan, Armenia, into a family of an artist and since his childhood has been immersed in the world of art.

He studied at the P. Terlemezyan State College of Fine Arts and received his diploma as an artist educator.

Since 1996, he began to participate in group exhibitions, and in june 2000 opened his first personal exhibition in Yerevan.

In december 2000, at the invitation of the Tekeyan cultural association, he exhibited his paintings in New Jersey and in 2003 he was invited to exhibit his paintings at the Quincampoix gallery in Paris.

In 2004, he decided settling in France. Since then, he has been living and working in the suburbs of Paris and has participated in exhibitions in France, USA, Netherlands, etc.
